Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company Tralala, hereinafter referred to as “We” and any person visiting or making a purchase via the site maisontralala.com, hereinafter referred to as “the client.”
Article 1: Purpose
These conditions govern the sale of all products or services presented on the site https://maisontralala.com by the company Tralala.
Article 2: Contractual provisions
These general terms and conditions of sale constitute the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this respect, the client is deemed to accept them without reservation.
Article 3: Order
The order will only be confirmed after payment acceptance. The client will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order from a client with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
Article 4: Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs. All prices are subject to change without notice, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration.
Article 5: Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only; if these times exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be canceled, and the buyer reimbursed.
Article 6: Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost accuracy possible. However, if errors or omissions occur regarding this presentation, Tralala’s responsibility cannot be engaged.
Article 7: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-order products. Payment can be made by credit card or any other means offered on the site.
Article 8: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, consumers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of their order to request the return of the product for exchange or refund without penalty. Return costs will be borne by the client.
Article 9: Warranties and Liability
Tralala has an obligation of result for all stages of site access, from the order process to the dispatch of the parcel or subsequent services. Tralala undertakes to describe with the greatest precision the products sold on the website. However, Tralala’s responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of breaches of its contractual obligations due to an accidental event or a force majeure case as defined by French jurisprudence.
Article 10: Personal data
Tralala undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by clients on the website and to process them in compliance with the Informatique et Libertés law.
Article 11: Disputes
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
Article 12: Terms of Use
The use of the site maisontralala.com implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the terms of use of the site.
Article 13: Intellectual Property

They are the exclusive property of Tralala. Certain intellectual properties, notably product photos, come from various brands and are used with their respective authorization. Article 15: Return and Refund Policies
In addition to the right of withdrawal mentioned in Article 8, returns and refunds must be carried out according to the following procedures:
– no return will be possible except for a defect related to the product, the validity of which will be at Tralala’s discretion according to the return policy specific to each brand
– returns beyond the right of withdrawal will be at the client’s expense, depending on the problem, after receiving and inspecting the product. A replacement may be issued, and if applicable, a credit will be established for the product amount excluding shipping costs. This credit will be valid for 6 months from its receipt.
Article 16: Modification of General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Tralala reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale. New versions will be indicated by updating the date at the top of the TCS and will be applicable as soon as they are posted online.
Article 17: Safeguard Clause
If any provision of these general terms and conditions of sale is deemed illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions shall remain in force.
