The Carte Blanche collection by Serax, designed by Dutch designer Annebet Philips, reimagines everyday tableware through a playful, graphic and contemporary approach.
Inspired by simple cardboard prototypes, the collection deliberately preserves the folds, irregular edges and slightly asymmetrical shapes of the original sketches. Translated into porcelain, these details give every piece a distinctive character, as if it had been drawn directly onto the table by hand.
Hand-painted black lines emphasize the irregular contours and add a spontaneous artistic touch.
The Carte Blanche egg cup by Serax reinterprets an everyday object through Annebet Philips playful design language. Its faceted shape and irregular black lines recall folded cardboard transformed into porcelain.
