Delivery times
We commit to dispatching your products as soon as possible. Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 working days for metropolitan France. For international deliveries, times may vary between 5 and 15 working days.
Delivery costs
- Standard delivery: €5.99 (free for orders over €50).
- Express delivery: €9.99.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the progress of your parcel in real-time via our website.

Return policy
You can return any product purchased on the site within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Return procedure
- Log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the order containing the products to be returned and click on “Return an item”.
- Follow the instructions to fill out the return form and print the return label.
- Pack the items securely and affix the return label to the parcel.
- Drop off the parcel at a return point or post it according to the provided instructions.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, a refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned parcel.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return procedure to send back the item and place a new order for the desired item.
